Had a small issue with my order, which was annoying because dealing with order problems is just annoying. I contacted support and they replied really fast, so that was a relief. They sorted it out without much hassle, which I appreciated, but still, it’s frustrating when an order doesn’t go right in the first place. Happy they fixed it quickly, just wish I didn’t have to deal with the issue at all...

I ordered from BURGA mostly because the cases looked so online, but they look even better in person. The colors are really cute and not boring like a lot of phone cases I usually see. I’ve already gotten a few compliments on mine, which was a nice surprise. It just feels very me. Fair warning though, if you like stylish cases, you might end up wanting to buy more than one.

I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy, but the case actually feels sturdy in hand. For what I needed, it seems like it’ll hold up well and do the job.

I just wish the shipping was a little cheaper, or that there were more delivery options to choose from.

It’s solid, looks clean, and fits perfectly. I’ve already dropped my phone a couple times and somehow no cracks so far, so I’d say it’s worth the price. I’d definitely buy it again.

I got a Burga case and, reading between the lines of some reviews, I wasn’t totally sure how well it would work with wireless charging. But it’s been good. Most of the time it charges just fine, though every now and then I have to nudge the phone around a bit to get it lined up right. Not a huge issue for me. The case looks really nice too, so I’m happy with it overall. Taking off one star just because the charging isn’t perfect every single time.

My order showed up right when they said it would, so no complaints there. Everything went smoothly overall, though I was kind of expecting the instructions or details to be a bit clearer. Still, no real issues with the delivery itself.

I got a Burga case for my iPhone 14 and overall I’m happy with it. The buttons line up well, the camera cutout is spot on, and my MagSafe charger still works fine through the case. The only thing I noticed is that it was a little tight when I first tried to snap it on, and I had to really push the corners into place. Once it was on though, it felt secure and solid. Did anyone else have the same issue when putting theirs on? I’d give it 4 stars.

I bought a BURGA case because, i’m a bit of a disaster with my phone and drop it way too often. The first time it hit the tiles, I panicked immediately, but somehow the phone was totally fine. Then it happened again, and I went from stressed to seriously impressed because there wasn’t a crack or even a scratch. The case has one tiny mark now, which annoyed me for about two seconds, but I’d much rather the case take the hit than my phone. It also feels really secure in my hand, which makes me feel a lot less nervous using it. Really happy I got it

I’ve dropped my phone a few times already and the case still looks totally fine, no cracks or weird dents or anything. My phone is fine too, so I’m taking that as proof it’s doing its job, even if that’s probably not the most scientific way to judge it. It feels sturdy without making the phone super bulky. Happy with it so far

It was hard to choose because they have so many nice styles. I did end up finding something I liked, but after I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure and didn’t fully trust whether everything would go smoothly. Hoping it works out because the selection is really good

I found the burga site easy to use overall. The menu was clear, and I didn’t have much trouble finding my phone model, which was nice. The pictures looked good and loaded fine most of the time, but some pages were a little slow on my phone. Not super slow, but slow enough that I noticed it. Checkout was simple and not confusing, so that part was smooth. I just kept wishing the site would load a bit faster, especially when moving between pages. Good experience overall, just a little slow here and there.

Well... I accidentally ordered the wrong case and had to ask for a refund. Support got back to me quickly and handled it without making the whole thing awkward. The money came back sooner than I expected too. no complaints at all, it was nice and easy.

This case isn’t slippery like my old one, and the sides have a good grip without making the phone feel bulky. It’s easy to hold with one hand and just feels solid and comfortable overall
